Mission Brief: Drive viewership to our monthly cooking show, with both internal and external audiences.

Solution: Quick stinger reels with our personable Chef Jeffrey Held that quickly and effectively showcase the month’s recipe, the medical topic, ending with an easy to follow CTA.

Results: 140% increase in viewership across both YouTube and our intranet Inside Health

Employee Engagement

Mission Brief: Raise employee engagement survey scores.

Solution: With a broad mission brief, I decided to do short mini-docs that profiled employees whose roles were often overlooked. Doctors and Nurses are usually the faces of an academic medical center, but I chose instead to focus on the unsung heroes.

More than 10 mini-docs were produced, although the majority live on NYU Langone’s non-public Intranet.

Virtual Urgent Care

Mission Brief: Awareness push for our Virtual Urgent Care platform, with the goal of driving a 10% increase in appointments booked.

Solution: Impactful reels with paid-social component that addressed common issues, FAQs, and misconceptions about the platform, highlighting the convenience and ease-of-use.

Results: Our 10% YoY goal was achieved in Q2
